Pal of mine needs to install a router in his office at the back of the house. The BT connection and a fine BT Infinity wireless router are at the front of the house. There is no viable way to cable this to the office. The thought therefore is to use the BT Infinity wireless to link to a router in the office, and for that then to offer WiFi to the rest of the house so that laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc can access and use the printer.
I think what's needed is a router, a WAP, and a plug-in range extender (locked to the Infinity wireless) ethernetted to that.
Does anyone know of a suitable device(s) to do this?
