I have been reading the article about homebuilding in the latest mag. To compare a home build project with building a house or getting a degree is ludicrous. Based on some major DIY projects I have undertaken building a house would take me about 40,000 hours. My Degree took about 3600 hours and my aircraft has taken about 1000 and has about another 100 – 200 to go.
I am not saying building is not a big undertaking, but it is in a different league to building a house. Why the negative spin?
