Hi all,
New to the forum and flying in general. I'm interesting in aiming for the PPL and have started the groundwork by studying the aviation laws using Pooley's books.
Some issues however, I live mainly in Dubai which has very limited flight schools and the closest one only offers LSA. Could this be used to build up my flying hours or would the difference in the plane/training be too far apart to be much use? I believe they use an Aeroprakt A-22.
I usually spend a couple of weeks every quarter visiting UK in East Anglia, could I feasibly complete the PPL here with a few hourly lessons per trip?
Any other suggestions welcome!
Edit: Recommendations for schools in Suffolk would be great.
