The Ops Group has just published a detailed report into the effect of GPS Spoofing, primarily as it affects international aviation. Although the impact on ADS-B in and out traffic systems is mentioned, it is "dismissed" since TCAS only works on transponder position estimation, not ADS-B data. This feels like it somewhat underplays the use of ADS-B in GA applications, despite the Ops Group attempting to represent all branches of aviation.

The report does contain a lot of useful technical information about GNSS, spoofing, and the impact upon aviation, and is well worth reading if you have an interest in the subject.
