We have a client who is insisting on us having ISO9001 accreditation, we have managed for 30 years without it but then thats the way things are going now 
I have been getting various 'consultants' (seem more like sharks) who wont give me a straight answer as to how much it will cost, I could do with knowing how much time I have to waste on doing something I dont need and how much cash its going to cost, anyone been there and got the T shirt?
