Here in Thailand the CAAT are aligning with EASA.

There’s some trouble over the certification of a PT13 Stearman.
The Type Certificate has been supplied to CAAT, but they have now asked for the source of Current ADS and SBs for the type. We do not know who the Type Certificate holder is.
They also ask for the current Flight Manual and it’s latest updates.
The aeroplane came in with a full FAA CxA, something apparently irrelevant to EASA.

Is there an European or UK alternate means of compliance?
