Picturesque airfield in the trees, which can be difficult to spot visually at first. Gliding takes place from the airfield, on the day we were there using a Super Cub tug.
There is a very pleasant and reasonably priced restaurant on the field, so it's an ideal lunch stop if heading East from a short Channel crossing.
Despite our best efforts, we could find nobody to take a landing fee.
