wind and 600m thick blanket of cloud?

I realise the acres of photo/ voltaic panels blighting our ‘green and pleasant’ don’t need direct sunlight but at what percentage of efficiency do they generate in this gloom?

E Angular has apparently had 8 minutes of sunshine in the last week.
