Very last minute this but about to embark on our annual hols to mid France en voiture. This time we take a new route and we are arriving in Chantilly Friday lunchtime, staying over and then braving the Peripherique to head south on Saturday.
Mrs Xair has established that there are some sort of clean air rules for vehicles in Paris but not necessarily very clear for us tourists. There is a windscreen sticker available to show that a car is compliant but comes by post it seems and therefore no time to do anything.
Has anyone here driven around Paris recently and can offer any advice or recent knowledge?
What is the food like in the Bastille these days?
