A couple of small forum changes…(Politics area)

Hi
Following some comments/requests/ideas a couple of changes have been made to the Political Discussions section.
1. It is now possible to opt out. Do this and you won't be able to see it at all (it's reversible if you wish). Instructions can be found here
2. It is now in a members only area
