Permit Plane through SPAIN and on to MOROCCO

Hello ADVENTURERS,
Who knows about taking permit planes through Spain /Gibraltar and on to Morocco?
Who would like to join in a trip all or part of the way ... Mid-Late September?
And, do you have access to a plane, 'permit' or certified?
... Fiona and I are are 'hatching' a trip for autumn 2024; if you are interested or a just willing to share some knowledge or contacts, then please start posting!!!
