Is 34 too old for a CPL with no flying experience?

I'm 34 living in the UK. I have been doing engineering for 12 years I have an MEng. I am bored I want a real challenge. I have been fascinated by flying for years. Always wanted to do it but I was too comfortable. For reference I am on a 9-5pm very easy £50k.

I have found a school in Spain called Flyby that will do ATPL for £68k. Which I'm thinking of signing up for. But I have a few worries;

Do I need to get finance for this? I have £58k, maybe a bit more but it's complicated.

Will I be able to get a job at my age?

Will I struggle to get employment because I am a white male?

If I get employment will it be very low?

Thanks!
