Logging in

I'm getting:
When trying to log in. Other more circuitous routes seem to work, the 'try again in minutes' is stretching to hours.
Anyone know why this happens?
Ian/Flyer IT have been very helpful, but, obvs. not available at stupid-o'clock, and they shouldn't have to be.
