So, probably not alone here, I've got a much loved sheepskin flying jacket. Mine's a US B-3 pattern, and around 15 years old. Looks pretty good, very warm and comfortable.

I maintain it mainly by oiling it every summer, and have also done the odd minor repair with adhesive and a matching bit of leather. But the seams on the collar and cuffs are starting to look decidedly threadbare.

I'd much rather get those repaired (maybe replaced) rather than replace the whole jacket. Not least because of how expensive new ones are, but also - well it's *my* jacket and we've done a lot of things and flown a lot of aircraft together.

I can see a few services online, none of whom ever want to indicate prices.

Can anybody recommend a service they've actually used, and give any idea of what it cost? Not urgent, but it's something I'm thinking I'd like to do next summer when I'm not wearing it.
