I have used this suit for long water crossings. I haven’t tried it in a real-life ditching but I have tried it in the Irish sea and it works. It has a spray hood and gloves. It is ex NATO, quite old (2006) and is discoloured in areas but still has good neck and wrist seals. It is size large (it is ample for me at 5ft 10” in normal clothes) but it is quite bulky in use.
