Revalidation of NPPL SSEA rating by instructor with FCL.945 privilege- YES or NO?

As title can an instructor who conducts the hours training who has FCL.945 privilege revalidate my NPPL licence?

I can't find a CAA (or other definitive source) document either way. I can find an examiner but I'd like to know the answer and I suspect so would me instructor.
