I’ll freely admit this may be a stupid question, but I’ve never really seen this answered directly anywhere.
I’m currently waiting for my first lesson on my journey to a PPL (A). Naturally my mind has fast forwarded to fantasising about the future.
All going well at some point there will be a choice between Renting PA28, 172 etc by the hour or a share, or maybe looking at buying something affordable.

Question is: looking at things like Factory Built Eurofox, they seem to come registered as Microlights which I understand to be a different registry type from a Permit Aircraft.
Does a PPL actually allow for the use of a Eurofox or is there a seperate training or license required for that? What does that journey look like?
