I review places now and again. Usually 5 or 2 stars, they were either good or bad.

2 Star reviews always get a reason, an explanation and constructive suggestions.

Went to our local last Thursday..... dire ! Heating off, no hand pull beer, selections of food not available - the guy behind the bar said to several people that it was due to local roadworks and the wagon couldn't deliver. I know that is completely untrue as it comes past our house twice a week.

I put a review on last Thursday which spoke the truth, but was a 2 star review. The Landlady replied to me politely on the site the following day. Was going to show my mate it this lunchtime but it has vaporised !

Now - has anyone managed to find any way of contacting Tripadvisor by email, because I can't find any contact details anywhere......

Places need to accept that every 'true' review isn't a 5 star one and when things aren't right - do something to improve. To me, the cowards way out is to bleat to Tripadvisor and get it removed without any reason.
