s anyone here currently taking a modular course and unable to issue the CPL license due to the new validity rule for theoretical exams? Previously, for example, a holder of a PPL(A) IR license would have their ATPL theory remain valid as long as the license was valid. Now, the validity period is always 36 months after the last theoretical exam. Is anyone else in the same situation? Does anyone know how to work around this issue?
