I need to get a new thingamajig. I know what I need to get, but I don't know what it's called.

I know what the things are called that fit together to make a thingamajig, but I can't for the life of me find them in the right configuration to do it. I have concluded, therefore, that the thingamajig must be a single component with a name that I need some help identifying:



Essentially it's a trunnion / cable gland hybrid.

I can find the right cable gland, but without a locking set screw. I can find trunnions for this purpose, but they are not drilled to allow the cable through.

This is used as the conduit to thread the choke cable into the carb via a metal hanger (as per the example photo), but the lock-screw is there to grip the cable housing in place, allowing the wire itself to move freely.
